Structure Sources

Momentum was using email and CSV files to manage data on tens of thousands of prospective clients. The data came from dozen of sources, and nobody had a clear data-management role.

Starling IoT defined each source, then created a digital intake and storage process for each. Momentum was already in a more managable positon, but we didn't stop there!

Process Interface

We believe in the wisdom of your processes. Your business systems have great reasons for being the way they are, so we work to make those processes more effective.

With Momentum, we implemented a robust user interface, where employees could upload files, then download the new, processed files at will. Each processed file has a unique link for sharing, so data doesn't get lost.

Automate Flows

Starling IoT gradually introduced automation to the system, eliminating repetitive employee actions like uploading files. Instead, computers fetch data in real time, then process it automatically. New information is synced to Momentum's CRM. 

Momentum's employees have the freedom to focus on building value through client interaction and direct prospecting. It's increased their business by almost double!
